Do you mean just the uninstalled program files for the .net framework to install on the 'other' computer?
Hate to ask this, but please explain in detail, in order to make it work.
.net framework must be on the PC being used already.... if not then must be installed (so must have admin permissions.... possibly power user permissions at minimum )
