MDS shutoff Ram 5.7 2020

I have all the MDS deleted mechanically on a 5.7 however I am not seeing where to turn off MDS
or do I just change the scaling on the relevant MDS graphs
Truck wont idle for too long and still shows cylinder deactivation codes

IIRC on the last 2022 I did I had to raise the enable speed. It wasn't a simple enable/disable switch like earlier models

where did you raise the enable speed? I see there is a couple of graphs relating to or including MDS

you will see that the later tune does not have a fuel saver menu
