LSA E67 6L80E 2009 - no speed sensor from transmission

I've got a Toyota Landcruiser 1966 FJ45 with brand new LSA engine, E67 ECU, 2009 6L80E.

How do I tune the speed sensor in the 6L80E to get the vehicle to change gears?

There's no movement on the speedo, either on the Haltech unit or on VCM Scanner.

At a complete loss of how to get this all to work. I've changed the Speedometer: Speed Output Type to VehSerial, and Vehicle Speed Output to Serial.

Also tried changing the Speed Limit Source to GMLAN.

Nothing has worked so far. Would really appreciate a point in the right direction.

Is the ECM OS compatible with the TCM OS? Generally things like this aren't possible to get help on unless you post your files. No way to know what's in there if you don't.
