Access to rear O2 delete still not seen after Training Course

Sorry if this has been covered, I searched but didn't see it. I probably just missed it though.

Do I have to upgrade to MVPI 2 or 3 to get full access after taking the training course? I took the course and refreshed the Key but still see O2 delete blocked out. Any help would be great. I am still using the original MVPI.

Where is "O2 delete" on a Gen 3? Do you just mean the DTCs? If what you're looking for is the Catalyst Test & Post-O2 Test, those have never existed in any Gen 3. Make sure you aren't trying to follow steps that were written for Gen 4. (and, even those are removed from Gen 4s in recent editor versions)

You have to leave the sensors plugged in to stop it from repeatedly running those tests. It'll run them once and then mark them down as failed and won't try again.

Fair point, I am used to Gen 4 stuff more so. For clarity, I'm doing a swap and have a standalone harness for Gen 3 (99 5.3l) and it doesn't have rear O2 connections. Went to disable the DTCs and they are blocked. Read about why this was and saw some say that I can watch HPs training courses and that will release the block. The end game is to just turn off the DTC so it doesn't show a fault.
