    Sensor reading problem

I have a 2004 silverado 6.0 with the p59 computer. I've got a aem 4110 installed and a flexfuel sensor installed. I used pin 55 blue for the aem 4110 which was supposed to be the egr circuit. I used the pin 56 blue for the flex fuel sensor. Both of the sensor wires are sending voltage to the computer, but in my scanner it is not reading anything from the egr sensor or the alcohol percentage. I am lost and I'm not sure where to look next.

I'm sure you have the tune file configured right, and the right flex-capable OS, and everything is done right, and that's why you didn't need to post the tune file.
