There isn't enough data in the Gen 3 files to fully populate the whole tables in the Gen 4 files, the tables cover a much much wider range of pressures. Gen 3 only goes from 0 (normal atmo) to 80 (20 kPa MAP, or max vacuum) kPa; the Flow Rate table isn't that difficult as flow rate is near enough to linear and can be extrapolated, but the great big Offset table in the Gen 4 would be left mostly blank either side of the 408-488 kPa Delta window. If you're exclusively naturally aspirated, and running 58psi rail, and no FPCM so the rail pressure is always 58 no matter what, that's the only range that your combo can ever utilize, but it's still not the whole dataset.

If you're running a referenced regulator it can also work without having the full range, as all the columns are the same all the way across and only need one column from the source data.

In short, maybe, but only depending on how you are using them.

Yes it's NA and I know about the tiny part of the IFR that will be used and the tiny square of the offset table that's used as well. I just began removing the .5 volt rows and thought "I bet someone has already done this and could get me rolling quickly".

The 903 injector is a Denso and the 426 is a Delco. Same injector same data as far as I know

Need to see if anyone has injector data to convert this to a returnless fuel supply
Injector: 17113553, 25317628 22lb stock injector MULTEC CONNECTOR
    58psi Corvette returnless filter mod'd.
    Fuel Injector
    Part# 17113553
    Per Veh: 8
    Years: 2000-2000
    Additional Fitments
VIN: T, Auto Trans, Eng Code: LM7, 4L60-E, 4 Speed Trans, Transmission

Going to be using a manual OS for this but need the data from the bone stock motor.
SPS UPDATED OS STOCK TUNE FROM PCM DELOREAN.hpt

No, not from any stock file anyway. They were '99-'00 truck only and didn't carry over into the returnless era.

You could pretty safely fudge the flow rate since that's close enough to linear to not make a difference, but the Offset table isn't anything you can recreate like that.

(sample returnless data, truncated to show only 0 - 0.5ms range)

It is bone stock and going to stay that way. In fact it will be a little detuned. Going in a DeLorean and don't want to break the transaxle even though it has the billet input shaft.

Yeahbut making it idle right and predictably come down to idle and all the rest of the fiddly stuff has nothing to do with how much power it makes or whether it needs billet unobtanium whatzits. The 'important' injector data is only in play at very small PWs.

Why not put in a set of 25lb injectors from a 01-06? Its not like they arent in every junk yard.

And, it's not even close to correct. Who did this, using what source data, and by what method?

If my data/conversions are wrong and that goofy sheet up above is correct, then GM's data is wrong too since that's what my conversions are based on. I just don't know if that sheet came from an actual characterization bench, or was done with the LS3-to-LS1 conversion tool, which by the way, does not work on anything other than the 128-640 axis early E38/E67 source files. One glaring clue that it's a bunch of horseshit is right at the top of the page:
    GM 50lb 12613412 2009-2013 6.0/6.2
12613412 was never used in any 6.2L RPO. 12609749 was, but that's a different injector with different characteristics, despite being a similar flow rate, and for the longest time lots of people conflated 12613412 (L96) & 12609749 (L92/L94) and used the same data for either.

A lot of stock tunes vary a lot for the same injector as the years go on. The LS3 injector data isn't consistent at all.

This should be close enough. Use at your own risk.
