best tune for stock?

just got hp tuners and would like some tips on bets tune for stock 02 SS 35th LE car 345hp

You can start off by doing simple things like adjusting the fan settings so they come on a little earlier and disable CAGS if it's a six speed car. Other than that you can get it on the dyno and adjust fuel and spark to see if you can get some more power out of it. What are your plans for the car?

well i just want the best for stock new motor in the works. will have edelbrock victor race headers 3600 stall vig convert. cut out 150 shot tnt kit and other bolt ons for now
