If “Eric” is only supplying a “flow rate” and percentage of deviation then you are wasting your money. Injector data has several different pieces to it. Maybe he is giving you this but nothing you have said indicates that he is.

Look, if a guy advertises that he will take your money in return for 'testing' your injectors, then that should be everything that is needed to make them work. /s

Matt/Sloppy is also one of the ones responsible for spreading the myth that 'injector data' isn't needed because his stuff will do WOT dyno rips just fine without the data so what's the big deal.

edit: And Richard Holdener. He builds stuff to run on an engine dyno. He does not ever put any of that stuff in a car and make it drive around nice. For what he does, make it run just well enough to make to a WOT pull and then tear it down and throw something else together, leaving the injector data totally completely unchanged and just adding to VE to make it richer or taking away to make it leaner, works just fine. He also doesn't ever build anything that uses a stock ECM/PCM. When he says 'the data isn't that important' or 'I've never had a problem not having that data', as he does OFTEN, that does not mean the same thing as 'injector data isn't that important for something using the stock PCM that needs to drive like a street car'.

A bad or unplugged cam sensor will do that. I don't think any of the gen 3 LS ECUs do waste spark, they just do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ensFjG1Wr-U
That's why my videos of the CB450 show it taking a while to start, never hooked up a cam sensor.

What the actual fuck does a CB450 have to do with this, dude? Come on. Stop shitposting.

The ECU doesn't know or care what hunk of metal it's controlling. 2003-2007 is a P59... same ECU I used. Experience is what it has to do with this. Sit down.
