Hang on, Alvin. The 2008 GMT360 TCM OS is 24239927. The 2008 Express TCM is also 24239927. The 2008 Express E38 (12612384) is definitely an 'early' CAN version. How can that same TCM OS work with both an 'early' E38 and a 'late' E67, if the 2008 TBSS is using the late CAN version?

08 TBSS has the 63lb/hr IFR so it should be considered an "early E67". 09 TBSS has the 127lb/hr IFR.

The 08 Express and TBSS have the same TCM OS so it's the best candidate to segment swap 80E stuff for a TBSS.

Think that was the point, but wanted to clarify.

09 Express and TBSS have the same TCM OS as well 24243356, but have to make a few changes in the 09 ECM to make it work with the 08 truck (starter config IIRC).

The issue is, if the 2008 ECM has the '09-up CAN protocol then it can only work with a '09-up T43. If it's like all other 2008s then it has to use a '08-down T43.

A 06 and 07 TBSS can swap tcms all day long and they will still work just fine. A 08 cannot run on a 06 or 07 tcm. That is all I know.
