2018 Sierra 5.3L with BTR 210/223 .540"/.540" 111LSA +14% Camshaft will surge and lunge coming to a stop. It doesn't do it with the MAF failed. Is the MAF the issue? or is there something else I need to dial in? Both tune files attached.

Also your knock sensors were basically shut off. Not sure if that was intentional or not.
You're going to need to get your airflow models closer as well.
