JTEC+ wont populate - cant scan - scanner wont scan

it will connect - can see both controllers in the info log

but none of the normal JTEC channels will populate

all grey...

what are the odds that the issue resides within the customer's laptop and not the within the interface or the suite?

I'm having the same exact problem with my 97 ZJ. Did you ever get this figured out?

it was a customers car

i was connected remotely thru his laptop and his interface but was not actually there

guys have had many issues in the last 2.5 months so not sure which this was or what the fix was either, sorry

It’s because you don’t know what you’re doing, and you don’t do remote tuning, Lilsick. You’re just a consultant. I find it funny that the person would says he knows it all needs help now. Have a great one

I figured it out and got the scanner to work (somewhat). The rpm won't read in the channel list and the graphs wont populate when you rev it, it just stays in the first column. Not sure what the issue is with that lol.

Bottom-feeder. What I mean is, you seem to only reply to tuning questions posted in places that aren't for tuning questions, and then leading them off the forum for whatever services you offer. It brings to mind the email scammer's strategy of using deliberately misspelled words, to separate the marks from the ones that are too smart to ever fall for the scam. And if any of that is what's really happening and Bill is helping you do this in any way, that's disturbing.
