Wont let me do the segment swap, im assuming the actual OS for both vehicles need to be the same as well right? This vehicle is a 2011 silverado 2500hd 6.0 with OS12640467

That TCM OS was used in both cars and trucks, I hope you have a better understanding of what you're doing than this thread would lead one to believe...

I do, i didn't at first but i do now. I got the correct OS in it, but now i need a stock 2011 2500hd 6.0 6l90e file. I didn't read the file before we pulled the trans because i wasn't aware of everything that had to be done with the TCM if the "new" trans was out of a different vehicle.
