    Stock injectors on 2006 tahoe chev 5.3 swap

    Hey guys , working on this swap it was sent for a vatts delete , rear 02 sensors delete .. used to have a cable throttle with a p01 pcm from a 2001 yukon 5.3 , client asked us to install a electronic throttle so we mounted a new harness with a p59 pcm from a tahoe 5.3 flex fuel ... it already had some 12580681 injectors I knew it needed a conversion for gen 3 so I grabbed a excel spreadsheet that was posted in the forum injector duty cycle would stay stuck at 30% in wot so the car pretty much wouldnt accelerate over 40% tps , tried to adjust the flow rate , pulses, etc. and it still wouldnt go over 30-35% inj duty cicle...
    So I had some denso 25326903 injectors and installed them which I know those injectors are for a 2006 tahoe 5.3 ,, came back and returned all my injector control parameters to original values , pretty much everything is at stock values besides from my idle airflows since it has a stage 1 cam .... heres a log and the tune st fuel trims look kinda normal but still having issues turning on unless i press the pedal im chasing my tail on this one.

    i searched that injector number and came up with this post.
    there is a 'tune' in there that has the injector info.
    i used the compare feature and its showing different than what you have.

    check out this link https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...6903-flow-rate

    Double check it, as i didnt read to far into it, i just saw yours is different then their tune

    I don't see anything linking those to a 2006 Tahoe. I do see a couple of sites that list them for a 200-2004 Flex Fuel Tahoe. And not much in the way of sites I would trust to get injectors from anyway.

    I have two possible answers to this, everyone feel free to choose whichever one you think best fits this situation.

    ANSWER #1:
    25326903 => 88894361 => 217-1517 => 217-1626 => 12580426

    12580426 is the injector used in every L59/VIN Z, every year they were made. If the fuel system is the early L59 (2004-down) it's return style/referenced and a base pressure of 51psi, IFR of 33.05lb. If fuel system is non-flex, or 2005-up L59, it's returnless/nonreferenced and at 58psi, IFR of 35.04lb @ 0kPa VAC. The other tables are more important than the flow rate especially at very small pulsewidths. You need all of them and set up for whatever the fuel system is.

    ANSWER #2:
    If you're charging people money for this, take some of that money and buy yourself some goddamn tuning courses or something. Fuck's sake.

    yes im using a 2003 suburban file for the injector data as the engine is return style /referenced and has vac hose . i set up offset, pulsewidth and short pulse .
