Just bought yesterday and it crashes on my macbook pro m1 chip computer

Hey folks, I just bought race render yesterday -ultimate edition- and when I click play button, it crashes. I could not use it.
I am using a macbook pro with Apple M1 Pro chip with 16gb memory and running on Sequoia 15.3.2

I am not sure what to do next? Should I call paypal and cancel it or is there a fix that I can apply. Tried searching the forum but some people say it is running on apple silicon without natiive support.

Any guidance and help is much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Did you remember to license RaceRender after you installed it on the new Mac? I recently updated to a Mini M4, forgot to apply the license to RaceRender and had the inability to open any existing projects (but could create new stuff). After a bit of troubleshooting it dawned on me that the issue was lack of licensing (du-oh!). Hopefully yours is as simple? Once licensed, it seems to work fine with some minimal testing (haven't yet created a complete new video from scratch, but did regenerate part of one using an existing project).

yes, in fact I first set it up on my mac book pro after paying for the licence. I just recently found some settings that needs to be turned off and now it works. (at least it did 2 weeks back)
