FIRST TIME using hptuners please leave some pointers. Gen3 p01 cam e85 50# 5.3L4l80

Hello community, first time posting so hopefully i do this right i see help is given to those that provide all the details up front so heres my go at a tell me how im doing and if im completely doing something wrong forum post.

    Tuning knowledge:
i have been tuning Volkswagen and Hondas with open source and eurodyne (kinda similar to hptuners just not as user friendly or community support), Hondata/kPro for about 5 years now, had evans performance for a couple months and tried to absorb as much as possible, goat rope garage I've watched most of his videos on gen 3/4, low buck ls videos. so im not an idiot in my opinon but openly admit i have miles to learn and am looking forward to it.

    Vehicle info:
2000 gmc sierra z71 sle (currently lm7 will be swapping to lq9 with gen 4 rods this winter)

    Ecu info:
    P01, OS 9381344 -> 1273005 Speed Density - Enhanced (RTT)

    Mods :
    2003 4x4 4l80e, jegs 3200 stall billet converter, 12613412 - 50lb L96 injectors, 216/220 .550/.550 112lsa with supporting springs, switched to strictly e85. egr delete, rear o2s removed

    Things not changed:
completely stock air intake system including TB, new 6 months ago stock cat and y pipe ( cheapiest option to get new y pipe in shortest time will be going turbo so didn't want to waste money on long tubes), currently on stock fuel pump (somewhat fresh from previous owner)

    Future mods:
lq9 6.0 iron block with gen 4 rods installed with my lm7 heads with ls7 lifters (already a put togther short block just waiting on some parts and time to do swap) , single turbo system with undecided turbo at current time, bigger injectors for boost and e85 so not 210s but something big, custom surge tank fuel system probably twin 450s or hellcat pumps depending on what surge tank i build at day job, also have an ls3 intake i might adapt or get square port heads and swap it over to electric fans to run this or when it all goes in a car I'll be going this route.

    Backstory:
(sorry if this is to much i thought dumped) little less then a year ago i picked this truck up for $300 from a buddy from work the 4l60 had only P,R,N,1,2 after 270k miles of dedicated service (rip 4LSLIPPY). So i got the truck home ripped out that slush box and picked up a 2003 2500hd running gear i pulled from a buddies truck 5 or so years ago. Bought the converter used and swap parts for the 4l80e and had some guy from facebook segment swap the trans and "tune it" ( i included the file i pulled from the truck when i took over and i placed it with my current log and tune) he did some awesome things in the timing table you might get a kick out of it, not that im a perfect tuner and have probably made many mistakes in this first tune im asking you guys to look over. but drove it like this for a while then did the cam injector and fuel swap which brings us to current day.

Current issues i think the tune has that i could use some recommendation on how to smooth them out:
-i believe in my adjustments i have it demanding more air flow then it actually is using but it seems to start and idol the best so far like this.
-i cant get the idol to be super smooth when i turn off idol spark control it surges till it dies and when its on it constantly is adding and subtracting 10 degrees of advance to save it and i cant seem to reduce this with my current understanding of the systems and being my first go around with upgraded cams and stock style ecu idol control. first and 2nd problem are probably connected.

the truck generally feel to be running decent so i hope im not to far off what i should be doing. It make good power through the rev range but could use some work still for sure but the idol just isnt correct i can tell that much for sure. if the log i provided does not have something you are looking for please let me know i have found many channel lists i can switch to or just add individual channels you wish to see and can go relog for you.

i really appreciate any input you guys can add even if you want to tell me im an idiot for something ive done im okay with it nothing comes for free in life.

E85 from a drum that's actually a known and consistent alcohol percentage every time, or E85 from a pump where it can legally be anywhere from 51% to 83% and still be sold as "E85"? If it's from a pump, you need a ethanol sensor and a true flex fuel tune.

You changed the truck over to 'returnless' fuel system, or have a return style regulator but with no vacuum reference hose going to it?

i did forget to add i will be finding a dbc gen 3 tahoe flex fuel ecu and adding a sensor i just havent got to that point or found one in local scrapeyards . ive been monitoring my source for 2 years now and made over 500 hp on a 1.8t VW for that entire time off this pump, my daily has a flex fuel sensor as well and ive never got a reading below 69% so i trust it enough. also if something goes wrong i have an engine ready to go so i just hoped tuning for 9.8 afr desiered and using my wideband would keep me safe enough and not just go balls to the walls with timing. i can run it dry and switch back to 93 if thats what is required for help id just prefer not as my future goals are revolving around this fuel.

nope had a feeling that was gunna come up i had a feeling i seleted the wrong injector flow rate in the xcel document ill make sure to change that to the proper one for next drive. looking back at my orignal tune i should have caught this mistake
edit i fixed this issue for Rev14 set to 50.4 across the board

The Offset table is different for different regulator types, too.

No, you don't. You need the stock file it was before whatever custom OS that is got applied.

You need to find a file with the same base OS as your file started as, stock. It can still be done if your file has one of the custom OSes as long as the original OS ID is the same. The file needs to be closely checked afterwards, as some weird things happen to some tables and need to be corrected.
