    Ls swap 4L80E segment needed!

I have a 95 obs c1500 Ls swapped with 1252013 operating system. I?m needing a segment that will match for my transmission.
I?ve looked everywhere and can?t seem to find a match.
I?m currently running 9358202 for my transmission but I think i have an issue somewhere within the segment.
I keep getting a p1860 and having shifting issues . I?ve tested the trans connector and ground along with my solenoids.. replaced solenoids..
so I?m leaning towards the segment swap.

You have to upload your tune file to see exactly what you have.
Have you licensed the current file your working with?

1252013 is one of the custom OSes, for something or other. The number you need to find a match for is your original stock OS (whatever it is, that we can't see, because you didn't follow the instructions) not the one it gets converted to after the patch. There are some quirks you have to straighten out afterwards when segment swapping one that's been converted, but it works.

Your file started out as a 02 Tahoe that was Flex Fuel. That is why it is difficult to find 4L80 segments to swap. Fortunately the 02 8.1L 4L80 vehicles used that same OS number but weren't FF. Here is an 02 Avalanche 8.1L 4L80 file you can use the transmission segments from. I would swap them into the original file then apply the 2 Bar COS.

Match with what? I thought you were just looking for a 4L80 segment for your calibration.

That is not a valid question that can be answered.

How were you able to verify the segment you found would work with my os? Just trying to get a better understanding of how this works.
I greatly appreciate your time and knowledge
His file matches the operating system you have. His file has the same operating system as your file which allows you to swap segments between the two.

Open your file in hp tuners.
Go to the yellow folder that says "open compare file" and open the file 2xls1 sent you.
Go to compare at the top info bar.
At the bottom it says "segment swapper" click it. This is only allowed to be clicked if you have a file open with the same operating system.
Segment swap the trans and trans diag. hit import selected segments, then hit close and save file as something you want.
Write tune into computer under "write entire"
See how it drives and report back.

If the Main OS numbers are not the same between two files, then the segment swapper is grayed out and you can't do anything. You can't swap in a segment from a non-compatible file. At least not with the Gen 3 PCM where engine+trans are in the same box.
