    Exclamation HELP vve table inconsistent.

I am completely new to tuning and would very much appreciate some help. For more vehicle information i have a 2009 Silverado that originally had a 5.3. the ecm is out of a 2007 Tahoe with a 5.3. the engine is a 6.0 lq4 out of a 2005 Silverado. i rebuilt and installed flat top pistons, a mild cam with new lifters and new springs in 243 heads.

I have successfully tuned the MAF, and have gotten vve tables to driving ok'ish. However I have noticed a few inconsistent cells. Particularly around the zones 9 and 10 area. I understand cells will have minor changes do to variables such as temp and barro. i have done all of my driving and tuning after engine has reached operating temp. The inconsistent logs are making it difficult to finish up with the vve tuning. Any help would be appreciated. Both logs are on same tune file

    Trouble Codes:
P0103 - Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit High (Pending, Current) - (this one is OK, it has to be there for what you're doing)
    P2135 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A"/"B" Voltage Correlation (Current)
P2176 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Idle Position Not Learned (Current)
You have it in 'MAF only', but with the MAF failed. Look at Airflow > Dynamic > Dynamic Airflow. High RPM Disable should be very high, not very low (100 RPM).

What injectors do you have in this thing? This 2009 with the 2007 ECM and the 2005 Gen 3 engine, you didn't mention which parts it has. Whichever way it is, the injector data is wrong. Only Flow Rate vs Press has been changed; your Min Injector Pulse, Offset vs Press vs IGNV, & Short Pulse Adder tables are still 2007 LMG data.
edit: Oh, and the Offset Select was changed from Vacuum to MAP, which I have never ever not even once seen any Gen 4 file use ever.

1.245 in PE is VERY RICH for a naturally aspirated engine.

That probably isn't everything, but it should give you some things to work on for a while.

Your 24243356 TCM OS is from after the 2009 comms-change breakpoint, and your ECM OS is 2007, before the breakpoint. These two modules should not be able to talk to each other.

You have P0102 & P0103 set to No Error. Those should be MIL On First to fail the MAF.

i thought 1.245 was high but that was stock for the ecm. the injectors are from the 2005 lq4

The stock tunes have very rich PE because they effectively disable PE with the super-high throttle % and time/RPM delays.

You will need a custom, one-off conversion for the injector data, to go from Gen 3 format to early Gen 4 128-640 axis format. That's a hard conversion to do, because the entirety of the Gen 3 data only fills six of the thirty three columns in the early Gen 4 file. The rest has to be derived through some combination of intuition and imagination. The Gen 3 data spans 0 to 80 kPa vacuum, which corresponds to the Gen 4's 400 to 480 kPa Delta columns.

You need to give the actual GM 8-digit part number stamped on the side of the injectors.

Stock fuel system for the '09 Silverado? Using a FPCM? Does it do variable pump speed/pressure or is it fixed?

(please not there are three questions there, you seem to have developed a bad habit of answering only a few or even just one when you're presented with multiples)

    vve adjustmemt nl - 17113698-25317628 injector data.hpt

Since you've made changes since the file you posted, you'll have to use the Compare function to copy in the injector data. DO NOT accidentally select 'Copy Over All Differences'.
