VSS input to E67 crate engine OS

I'm running the 525hp crate engine with the E67 ECU that CPP sells for that engine. It has a twisted pair to connect to the VSS on the 4L80e I'm running behind the engine (stand-alone controller--don't ask). On the Speedo tab of the VCM editor, there is a selection for Speed Output Type (heading is Hardware); WheelSpd, VehSerial and VehRep TOS. Is this to define the type of signal input to the E67or for the signal that it can output on a separate circuit? There is also a selection for Vehicle Speed Output (heading is Vehicle Speed Sensor); Disabled, Rep TOS and Serial. There are no wheel speed sensors on this 60-year-old vehicle.

What selections do I need to use to accept the VSS signal from the 4L80 so that the ECU can calculate vehicle speed? Any advice is appreciated!

Normally if it is a GMPP crate controller for a manual trans & wiring with a twisted pair VSS feed it would already be set for RepTOS. That is the only option for a hardwire VSS feed. RepTOS settings set things up for hardwire input to ECM from VSS and hardwire output from ECM to speedo.
