Throttle percentage with WOT drops to 55%

e38 ecm throttle percentage is oscillating like it is torque limited. At WOT it shows 100% on pedal but in the log it is going up and down. It is throwing off the fueling and pe during the pull. I have turned off all the torque limiters i know of. have searched for more and found one in the transmission tune. Turned that off and it still cuts it out. What else acts as a limiter for it?
Also turned off traction control in the tune. yes at the end it goes to 14.3 instead of commanded ratio. will work on that part after I figure out the torque limiting or whatever it is.

Thank you Alvin. I just bumped it all up and should have almost maxed it out. I didnt know it would make a difference on the one in transmission for torque stall. out of 175 tunes I dont guess i have come across that yet. Thanks again.

Should he also set [ECM] 2869 - Delivered Torque Max back to stock? Right now it is 6,000 lb-ft.
