2018 Hellcat Pulley Tune - Help!

    Hello,
I'm trying to get a hellcat dialed in on the dyno, and keep running into issues. It is falling on its face/limiting? at around 3500RPM+. On the dyno graph, it climbs very cleanly to 550ish tq in 4th gear, and can't manage to get above that.
I don't know if it is a torque management thing, or with the higher boost pressures if I'm missing something? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.18Hellcat-part-throttle-full-throttle pull.hpl18hellcat - KR threshold-5percentPE.hpt

The limiting factor seems to be torque, at about 680wtq it stumbles and falls on its face. Fuell pressure good, AFR's good, timing only pulling a couple degrees, 15-16psi boost. Pulls clean up to 680tq(which it gets to in a hurry) but then it won't gain above that and is a bit choppy cutting out.

hi iam a tuner but mostly NA dodges. Iam not expert but learning. Iam trying to tune a hellcat with 1000cc new fic injectors. Iam struggling with the injector tuning. Can you help figure out what tables need to be changed other the pw vs fuel and fuel vs pw. Do you need to touch the offset tables voltage? Thanks

When dealing with these issue where the car is falling flat on it's face you need to log the channel "throttle torque source". This is a good indicator of what is failing in the tune, it will straight up tell you.

With the log/channels provided I cannot tell what your injector duty cycle is or your fuel pump duty cycle. I've attached my list of channels that I use when dyno tuning hellcats in our shop.

    AntsHellcat.Channels.xml

    Tables I would look at:
    Max FW Tq
    Max FW Tq 2

Both of these max out at 680 on your tune. Probably why it is falling on it's face. Bump these up, keep going till it stops falling on it's face then add 10%. Throttle is snapping closed or fuel is shutting off. I noticed you have these enabled in your torque management. In our tuning strategies we turn these off and use spark only. We don't disable it completely but we turn it off.

If you feel that this has helped, hit me up in DMs, I tune Mopars all day on my mainline prohub.

Hi iam also having an issue tuning hellcat with 1000cc injector iam relatively new for hellcat tunings. So what tables need to be changed for the injectors to work correctly because i keep seeing -20 and more on WOT fuel trims. I did trial and error with the pw vs fuel mass tables but still have issues wot. Do i need to touch the OFFSET voltage tables? Please help!

The manufacturer of the injectors should have included a data sheet and the tables you have to modify to at least get a base start. Please keep in mind that the inj. pw vs fuel mass table is the inverse of the fuel mass vs. inj pw table. If the injectors are the only thing you have changed then this should be relatively simple. ANN should still be left on. Unfortunately I don't have time to walk you through this from start to finish however there is an excellent thread here: https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...l=1#post525502 specifically this thread: https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...el+mass+tuning
