    Exclamation Detect Protocol failed

    Hi all,

I have a 2013 Polaris rzr xp900 Jagged X edition that belongs to my parents, I am currently trying to tune it for them but every time I click gather info or read it says detect protocol failed. Any help is appreciated, I have tuned several 2019-2022 rzrs and rangers with good results. Is the Jagged X ecu locked by chance?

    Thanks!

It is possible that HPtuners does not have a read from that particular ECU. What is the part number on the front of it? 401xxxx?

Very possible as there were only ~1,000-1,500 made according to the internet. Part number is 4014453. Says on there that it is programmed for a rzr xp JX and Injector color is blue. whatever that extra information is worth.
