Here is my tune. thank you
VE tables are all 0's. Has to be populated now that you've done the 2 bar OS. It starts out blank...
Also the MAP sensor settings have been changed to a 2 bar sensor. If you didn't change the sensor then those need to be changed back. Airflow-->general. MAF sensor linear, original value was 128.13 kpa. Offset was -0.31 kpa. Make sure you're in kpa.
Attached is one you can try as a starting point. Airflow-->general, "Normal IMCR Closed" and "Normal IMRC Open". Paste the table in the attached Excel file into both, change the MAP sensor back to the stock values (unless you physically changed the sensor) and see if it'll start.

Thank you for your help! I did what you said and it fired right up. I feel kinda dumb now though this was a take out package out of a wrecked
2015 chevy SS with 9 miles on it from a salvage yard so I assumed it had all the stock settings in it. I turned the vats off and the emissions codes and changed the fuel pump settings. Were the VE tables from a stock SS? The only things done to this engine is mid length headers and an air intake. Its in a 73 RS Z28 Camaro I'll post some pics in the next day or so.
Thanks Again
Someone did the 2 bar OS upgrade... it would have never started with the tune that was originally posted

Stage 1: MEFI-4B & L61 - deceased; ate it's own balance shafts - because I did a dumb.
Stage 2: E37 & GenII L61 - Ran great, but too meh.
Stage 3: An LSJ is a good time in a 2000# car.
