CP3 tuning needs handled. You're quite a bit below the desired pressure across the board after 2200 RPM. You're 8000psi down at redline.

    Timing curve is good.

If you need help email me over at [email protected].

Thanks I pulled out some fuel since our cp3 pump can't keep up. Also added more timing up top.

You should email me. This is not the right approach. Your CP3 has more overhead than you realize.

If it had more over head it wouldnt drain the rail at 1400 us

That's like saying your faucet isn't flowing much, but yet you haven't opened it up properly. CP3 has a LOT more overhead.

Dual 14mm pumps I don’t think it should be draining your rail, two thoughts come to mind, the dual 14mm isn’t set up correctly or low pressure side isn’t providing the fuel needed.

Funny enough, it's even easier than that. The CP3 mapping isn't altered from stock in his map so it's leaving the bulk of the flow capabilities on the table.

Well I don’t know how the dual cp3 is being controlled but here’s the thing, a single 14mm pump with those injectors can support and does support trucks running 3000hp without draining the fuel from the rail without having to touch duty cycles and all that

Like Jim said what's low side fuel pressure doing? I don't like the injector pw table but I understand trying to prevent it from snuffing out on 400s. What's the high pressure setup? Are your feed tubes good and tight? Sounds redundant but almost every truck I work on after joe dingdong blow has "installed injectors" they magically have feed tube problems. Including a moron who installed the feed tube prior to the injector, ran the injector down and then tried re-installing the now mangle feed tube tip into the injector. But even just a feedtube retorque after the engine has had some heat cycles post injector install can solve some HP leak issues.

I haven’t looked at the file. From an email it was dual 14mm pumps and 450 injectors. I would be really curious of the low side pressure and flow is keeping up and what does it have for pressure relief valve on the rail, race plug, stock relief valve or what? If not a rail plug, maybe weak pressure relief valve? Something like a connector tube not seat right, having a small leak by is certainly a possibility or too much return flow somewhere in the system. Dual14mm should keep up no problem with very minimal pissing around with duty cycles and pid adjustments, a single would keep up.
