    I vote Huron Turbo kit. Ive installed a bunch of them and no regrets.
    Your cam wouldn't be my first choice but shove 15psi down the throttle body and it will wake up.

    I'll keep eye's & ear's open, maybe I'll come across a good deal on a Magnuson/equivalent.

    Any thoughts on GM's LSA charger on a truck? Are the retrofit's reliable?

    Are there good adapter plates out there? I don't need more than 15lbs. As a factory SC I'd hope it would be fairly reliable.

    Man, this was too quick and easy to talk him into forced induction. I can tell you how it would go at my house if I walked in the door and said, "Honey some random dudes on the Internet said I need boost..."

    Seriously though, I've never "wanted a centrifugal charger (super or turbo). Digging around the net I've found several new LSA kits, that are a bit more reasonably priced. With adapters, injectors and upgraded cooling, I can get out for around $6k.

    Don't do the adapter plates.

    I flat out won't take tuning jobs with them if that tells you anything.

    The truck isn't bad it's just not what I (ignorantly) expected. I'll wait, until I can't stand it anymore, or I find a deal I can't pass up.
