You can go to your nearest dealer or ship it to HP Tuners in the UK. HPT has a European hub there.
If you have doubts, you can ship it to me, and I'll take care of it. We're an authorized dealer in the Netherlands.

I found the address in England. It turns out that these E90s I have are not supported by HP tuners. I will order an unlocked ECU directly from the dealer.
