Doesnt look like they offer buying a new pcm outright and unlocking it for you so you can swap it and start tuning. Can i send in a stock PCM from another 2020 (or can it be from a 2021, 22 23?) and have it unlocked and right VIN etc put in it? You cant pull the factory tune out of the car as it sits to email to them like we would normally do on unlocking older PCMs using a pcm from another car

No. These E99 ecms don't like being swapped around.
Basically the only way is you send us your ecm
You do NOT install a different ecm into your vehicle in the meantime
We then unlock your ecm and send it back to you
from there is pretty much turn key.
