PMAS Intake Injector Cut In 3rd Gear

Really scratching my head here, had a buddy that already had a tune on his vehicle, but he wants to upgrade some stuff to run E85 and has no clue who the original tune was through so I set up a base file to start with for his 2014 Mustang - MT82 with long tubes, 18 manifold, and a PMAS intake. Stock injectors and everything else on the vehicle is stock as well.

The maf data that I am logging looks to be close enough to run the car decently but I would consistently see injector cut when giving slightly more than normal acceleration in 3rd gear and it will stay in injector cut usually for anywhere between 5-15 seconds and pop back into closed loop like nothing happened.

I've tried multiplying the stock values in the maf period table, using other's pmas data, and using the data straight from PMAS's website. All of them get the fuel trims fairly close, but still go into injector cut in the same conditions.

I've tried going through and playing with the torque values to see if there is a limiter that I'm hitting and nothing seems to be rectifying it. Has anybody else ran into issues like this with their PMAS intakes?

    Tune 18.hpt

I don't believe I changed the manifold volume and the IMRC stuff is all deleted. I can adjust for the volume but with the previous tune he had being set up for a stock intake manifold and not running into injector cut, I'd be curious on why it would be causing injector cut with mine
