    looking for HP-Tuner update 2.1.18

    Hello, I am new to HP-Tuner and cant figure out where/how to get the latest update (2.1.18. I currently own a '06 Mustang GT and would like to help get the ball rolling for the ford side.

    I would appreicate any help thx.

    login to your customer login page using your serial number & email addy that you used to purchase hptuners.

    Ok, now that I have it installed and connected to my car.... It dowloaded the vcm data. I tried to get the vcm scanner to work but it failed. Am I to assume the scanner is inop untill the next update?? Do I need a different config file for it?

    Correct, I believe the scanning will be put in for limited use with the .19 beta once enough vehicle info has been collected

    what happens if you bought a used car and HP Tuner Suite came with the car and you dont know the original email address?
