No slip is acceptable, set the TCC max table to 100 & the TCC min table to 90.

would it mater that I tow atleast 3000 pounds once a week and sometimes 6000 pounds??
but my truck is 100% stock. and I was not towing and was going 36-40 mph the time of the log I just made?

You are seeing the slip because of the stock settings, set it like Russ mentioned. Mine is set that way and I tow, I have no issues.

would it be bad on the trans to tow with the TCC at 100 long distances?
also, do I set all the values to 100 on max??

also, you guys do understand that I was only cruising at 40mph right?

Yes, set the entire TCC max table to 100 & the entire TCC min table to 90.

TCC slip gives you a number even if it isn't actually
locked. It may also slip a lot during soft applies (PWM).
I don't like the slip% PID, I've seen it return kooky stuff
(like >100% slip). Look at slip RPM and when locked,
under 50RPM of slip (I see <10RPM on mine with a
good clutch and plenty of pressure).

To me it doesn't look like it's locking at all. I don't see any zero
slip, to speak of. All positive or negative real slip RPM values.

why would that be? the truck is 100% stock, even the tune is stock.
that was at 40mph. the converter should be locked at 40 right?? what values should I change to make it work right?

A constant misfire problem will inhibit TCC lockup yet can
be sparse enough to not set a P030x code. Check the
misfire current, cylinder and revolution mode numbers,
    anything nonzero will inhibit lockup.

Have you tried forcing lock / unlock while cruising with
the scanner bidirectional controls, and see if there is any
    action you can sense?

There could always be a wiring / connector / solenoid
fault but I'd expect a code set eventually, there. If you
feel like crawling under and tapping off a couple of wires
the TCC apply and TCC PWM voltages would be interesting
to see, if you (and the PCM) think it's locking but nothing
    happens.
