Why in the world is the 3-4 shifts happening later than commanded?

Even with similar throttle position, it shifts at 35mph like indicated sometimes, and others drags it out to 42 mph. I went so far as to set the shift point up at 35 mph all the way out to 60% or something, and it STILL does it. Let off gas completely when its over 35mph and it seems like it shifts every time - its like the TPS reading its seeing is skewed?

I don't know if it can somehow override the TPS based shift scheduling, someone with better understanding of tuning than me will have to chime in, but looking at this I notice that at 35 mph in the first series of upshift where it does not shift until 41 mph, the engine calculated load is 170 lb-ft or so while later on when it does upshift at 35 mph the calculated load is only 115 lb-ft. The throttle is open 2% less but I would not think that would make the calculated load so different. The MAF reading at the same engine RPM is drastically different between the two, I am no engine guy, but that strikes me as abnormal with only 2% throttle opening difference. Sorry not much help, but I figured I would mention that in case it is somehow relevant to your issue.

Also notice, at 56% throttle, it's shifting into 4th before 3rd.
Might be a non-issue. Chance it might confuse the computer?
Doesn't happen at the TPS% where it crosses, so probably not related..

Good spot, will fix, but still at loss on the original problem

Really the difference between each mm is important to create movement. I think maybe use bluecat tool.

Well as Heraclitus said a man never steps in the same mm twice, so you may have a point there.

Does your TCM and ECM Vehicle speed match?
Was tooning a truck the other night that had some weird shifting issues after somebody had "tooned" it for the guy.
Ended up finding the ECM/TCM speeds were about 19mph off from each other. Fixed that and then redid the trans toon and everything started coming together.
