It's one of those wonderful tables that hpt didn't bother putting in.
    2010 Vette Stock Bottom LS3 - LS2 APS Twin Turbo Kit, Trick Flow Heads and Custom Cam - 12psi - 714rwhp and 820rwtq / 100hp Nitrous Shot starting at 3000 rpms - 948rwhp and 1044rwtq still on 93
    2011 Vette Cam Only Internal Mod in stock LS3 -- YSI @ 18psi - 811rwhp on 93 / 926rwhp on E60 & 1008rwhp with a 50 shot of nitrous all through a 6L80

Oh, I wasn't doubting that something was done, just that it's something non-wizards do not have access to.

    Good.

    That was Idle Boost.

Idle Boost RPM Calibration - it was completely stock

The question is why BCM is requesting it?
I'd recommend to check engine-body and engine-battery grounds.

So did you zero that table?

Wouldn't that being commanded indicate there is an excessive electrical load on the vehicle and it needs it?

It would, but DR44 alternator must supply enough power even at idle. It seems there are some electrical problems with the vehicle.
By the way log shows that raising idle speed does not increase control module voltage which confirms that alternator power at idle without boost is sufficient.

AND all these years later, still learning This is also why hpt's scanner needs more module access Bet just watching the different modules supply voltages might show something.

BCM has high resolution battery voltage PID (with 5mV resolution) which is measured directly across battery terminals. It is visible in Tech2.

That's what I mean. GM side of things lets you see a lot more in some perspectives like this whereas hpt can give more information on the ecm side. I just wish everyone could see "certain" things just using the hpt interface kind of like where I can tune a tcm, but not see the codes or clear the codes being set by the tcm

Could a phantom table of this sort explain the high commanded idle issue many people have had on OS swapped gen3 p59 computers?

Of course. There are 16 idle speed sources in Gen4. Gen3 has a little less, but at least a dozen.

Is this something in all e38 units? I've had the EXACT 800rpm commanded issue for sometime now on my 2010 6.2 denali. If you need it I can post the current tune as soon as I get home from work.

Grounds are good, All straps have been replaced, I even added a couple extra and nothing changed. I do have a PWM unit running my alternator, but the idle issue started long before I added it.

Something I did notice, it seems to happen more so after the a/c has been running a while.

    It is there since P01.

Throw it away and restore factory wiring. If you need raised battery voltage - [ECM] 18102 table is sufficient for it.
BCM charge control is a very complex thing, do not try to interfere with it. If your PWM unit commands voltage lower than BCM request there will be failsafe actions including idle boost.
